Trip Overview

Our trip to Orlando and vicinity was part of a much larger trip that included the Smoky Mountains as well.  Here is the itinerary for each day of the trip.

Thursday, May 17th Drive to Louisville, Kentucky Friday, May 18th Mammoth Cave National Park Drive to Macon, GA

Saturday, May 19th

• Drive to Orlando
• Cocoa Beach

Sunday, May 20th

• Listen to boring condo time share presentation (saved $55 on Universal tickets)
• Indian Rocks Beach - St. Petersburg

Monday, May 21st

• Universal Studios
• City Walk

Tuesday, May 22nd

• Sea World

Wednesday, May 23rd Pool time at motel St. Pete's Beach Texas Rangers at Tampa Bay Devil Rays

Thursday, May 24th

• St. Augustine
• Drive day to Asheville, NC

Friday, May 25th

• Tour the Biltmore Estate
• Drive to Sevierville, TN

Saturday, May 26th

• Smoky Mountains
• Roaring Fork Auto Tour
• Clingman's Dome

Sunday, May 27th

• Cades Cove Loop (twice)

Monday, May 28th

• Drive home.

We drove a total of 3,941 miles in 10 different states (we barely touched Ohio on the way home).
