General Information
Omaha is a city of approximately 330,000 people, with a total around 620,000 in the metropolitan area. The city is an agricultural center, involved heavily in livestock trading, meat packing and grain. Insurance is also big business in town.
There are several activities for visitors to the city to do. The Henry Doorly Zoo has been rated one of the best zoos in the country. The Old Market offers a wide variety of shopping and dining experiences. There are several museums in the city, a botanical center, AAA Minor League Baseball, botanical center, casinos and a host of other activities in the area.
