• Arrived in Duluth mid-afternoon
• Drove around town
• Made the first of many trips to the Maritime Visitors Center
• Saw the Kapitonas A. Lucka from Lithuania leave Duluth harbor
• Stopped at Vietnam Memorial on the North Shore Lake Walk

Friday, September 28

• Toured the Glensheen Mansion
• Lunch at Fitgers Brew Pub
• Shopping at Fitgers complex
• Drove out to Point Park
• Shopping at Canal Park

Saturday, September 29

• Two Harbors Lighthouse
• Split Rock Lighthouse
• Gooseberry Falls State Park
• Shopping at Canal Park
• Supper at the Green Mill
• Watched the Paul R. Tregurtha leave port around 9:00 pm

Sunday, September 30

• Visited Hawks Ridge, a top hawk watching spot overlooking Duluth
• Walk along the North Shore Lake Walk at Leif Erickson Park
• Brunch at Blackwoods Grill and Bar
• William A. Irvin Boat Museum
• More shopping at Canal Park
• Wait for incoming boat that kept getting postponed.  We never did see it.

Monday, October 1

• Hang out at the Maritime Visitors Center
• See the Columbia Star leave port
• Head for home early afternoon
